Family Day Making Session

Does your child love making things, taking things apart, or do they get excited about 3D printing, crafts, LED’s, robots, woodworking, making jewellery and more?
“At first when I came here, I had no idea how any of this electric stuff worked, and I’m just like, how I am going to be able to make this? But over time with my mistakes, I realized it gets easier and it comes to me and sometimes making a mistake actually teaches you something – why something doesn’t work.
Spend the day together at our Family Day Making Session and learn how to make new things together! Learn how to use different materials and technology to make something awesome and learn some new high tech skills together!
Example of Possible Activities:
- design your own creation in 3D
- make a banana piano using MaKey MaKey
- build something in our woodworking shop
- make jewellery that lights up!
- make a robot platform
- build a dollhouse
- sew a toy with LED’s or toy hacking
