NASA Youth Challenge 3D Aliens

We had loads of fun at the NASA Youth Space Challenge at the ROM Saturday April 20th! The kids created some amazing 3D aliens and we brought them to life using our magical 3D printer. We thought we’d show you just how awesome they are!

If exoplanet aliens would exist, what would they look like? Some youth at the NASA Challenge imagined they may look  something like this:

  

Each 3D alien drawing would then magically come to life via the nifty MakerBot 3D printer.

  

And voila, the final 3D aliens are here!
