We had an awesome time at the Minecraft and Digital Media Creations camp.
During the camp, a few of the things that the kids worked on were:
- Building an amusement park together in Minecraft

Creating Minecraft tutorial videos using screen video capture and uploading them to Youtube

3D printing: kids had the opportunity to 3D print objects that they created in Minecraft, and also to create and print new objects using an app called 123D Creature
- Making stop-motion animation videos: the kids built sets and used their 3D printed objects to make stop motion animation videos (see below). We also did a field trip to Cuppa Coffee, an animation studio that has done a wealth of stop motion animation work and has had clients such as Teletoon, ABC, Walt Disney, and more.
