Specialty Bootcamps

Join us for monthly half day bootcamps! Learn advanced platforms through a linear progression of bootcamp programs. Multiple instances of each level allow for flexible scheduling to learn a new skill over the course of a full school semester. Families can book each session individually, no need to commit to a full semester. 

Introducing Minecraft Modding BOOTCAMPS! Has your child ever wanted MORE from Minecraft? Why can’t I have a crazy overpowered suit of armour? Why isn’t there a biome made of gold? What about a mob even more powerful than a WARDEN?! In this 4 part series students will explore the vast world of Minecraft Modding and learn tools that will allow them to customize the game to their own taste.

Bootcamp I – Make a resource and toolset/block
Prerequisite: None

Learn the basics of Minecraft modding! Create your very own blocks and toolset out of a custom resource/material.

Bootcamp II – Biomes & Structures
Prerequisite: Bootcamp I

Craft your very own biome! Customize world generation features, block composition, custom structures & more!

Bootcamp III – 3D Items
Prerequisite: Bootcamp I

Ever wished you had a wand that could throw fish at people? Students custom model and program a unique 3D item. Launch fish at your friends for a good laugh, summon lightning in combat, launch a mega arrow that punches massive holes in walls, the only limit is your imagination.

Bootcamp IV – Make a custom Mob
Prerequisite: Bootcamp II OR III
How come Minecraft doesn’t have butterflies? Will Mojang ever add a mob that’s more powerful than a Warden? This session covers modelling and programming new creatures to bring just a bit more life to the vast world of Minecraft.
